Sara graduated from Fort Hayes Career Center with Honors and STNA certification. She then attended Columbus State Community College where she became a certified phlebotomist and multi-skilled health technician.

David is a seasoned nurse with over 20 years of experience, now specializing in psychiatry after witnessing a family member’s mental health challenges. He brings a compassionate, holistic approach to care—empowering patients through inclusive treatment—and is currently accepting new patients (ages 16+) for in-person and telehealth appointments.

Holly Schweitzer is a psychiatric advanced practice nurse who founded ONE Health in 2021, with a goal to provide a treatment environment in which patients come first. She is passionate about mental health care and empowering individuals.

Sarah is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Her previous experience includes working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
