Energy. Hormones. Recovery.
If you feel tired, unfocused, gaining abdominal fat, or just not performing the way you used to, there’s usually a reason.
Hormones, metabolism, sleep, and recovery all play a role. We take a broader medical approach to understanding what’s going on and building a plan that helps you feel and perform like yourself again.
When Something Feels Off
Many men come in saying the same thing: “I’m doing everything right, but something still feels off.”
This is usually what it looks like:
- Low energy
- Brain fog
- Decreased motivation
- Stubborn abdominal fat
- Poor workout recovery
- Low libido
- Mood changes
These symptoms are often tied to hormones, metabolism, sleep, and stress.

About Sam Stahl
Sam Stahl, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner focused on men’s mental and physical health. Over time, he noticed the same pattern: men dealing with low energy, poor focus, and feeling off, often being told everything was “normal.”
His approach looks at the full picture: hormones, metabolism, sleep, recovery, and mental health. He combines medical evaluation with practical lifestyle strategies to better understand what’s going on and build a plan that actually works.
The goal is simple: help men feel like themselves again.
