Joshua Manculich
Psychotherapist
Joshua Manculich believes that meaningful change is possible, and he works with couples navigating some of life’s most difficult moments, including betrayal, communication breakdowns, perpetual conflict, and the pain associated with uncertainty.
Together, he helps partners slow down, understand the patterns that keep them stuck, and develop healthier ways of connecting.
Josh draws upon the Gottman method and implements strategies within session including: an initial assessment – exploring what brought you to therapy, your relationship history, and current challenges through joint and individual sessions a comprehensive look at strengths and growth areas – uncovering patterns, strengths, and opportunities for change – lastly, Josh will help you create a map for your relationship through the use of interventions tailored to meet the needs of each couple. In addition to Gottman, Joshua’s work is deeply rooted in Gestalt therapy, an approach that emphasizes present-moment awareness, authentic relationships, and the understanding that lasting growth comes from experiencing—not simply talking about—change. He creates a thoughtful, engaging therapeutic environment where clients gain insight into themselves, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop the confidence to respond to life’s challenges in new ways.
Drawing from his background as an educator, he understands the emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges that children and teens face both at home and in school. He partners closely with parents to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and create practical strategies that foster resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.
At the heart of Joshua’s practice is the belief that every person has the capacity for growth when they feel truly seen, understood, and supported. His work is grounded in curiosity and compassion, helping clients create meaningful change that extends far beyond the therapy room.
